Obituary of Gloria D. Brady

Gloria D. (Egan) Brady, 78, formerly of North Wales, PA, passed away early Thursday morning, January 20, 2022, at Spring Mill Senior Living in Phoenixville, PA. She was the wife of the late Joseph F. Brady, who passed away in 2017. They had been married for 53 years at the time of his passing.

 

Born October 1, 1943, in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd and Helen (Murray) Egan. She was a graduate of West Catholic High School in Philadelphia, PA.

 

Mrs. Brady was of the Catholic faith. An avid bird watcher, she was affectionately known as “Birdie” to her grandchildren. She enjoyed playing cards, traveling, dancing, dining out, and entertaining. She was devoted to her family and cherished time spent with her grandchildren.

 

Surviving is a daughter, Colleen DeBerardinis and her children, Jackie and June, of Chester Springs, PA; and a son, Christopher J. Brady and his wife, Julie, and their children, Adrian and Keegan, of Gouldsboro, PA.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at 10:30am on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at R. L. Williams, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., 3440 Skippack Pike at Cedars Rd., Skippack, PA, where friends may call for the viewing from 9-10:30am. The family strongly suggests masks. The service will be livestreamed and can be watched at www.easthillmedia.com/brady220126. Burial will follow at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
