Obituary of Leonard Seeton

Leonard T. “Skip” Seeton, 88, formerly of Norristown, PA, passed away at his residence on October 3, 2021, in Moorestown, NJ. He was the husband of the late Lois (Heebner) Seeton.


Born in Norristown, PA, he was a son of the late Leonard and Thelma Seeton. He was a graduate of Norristown High School and proudly served in the Army from 1952 until February 11, 1955, when he was honorably discharged as having served during the Korean War.  He retired from the Greyhound Bus Company. He was very high energy and continued to work and stay busy.  Certainly, his favorite “retirement job” was at the Jeffersonville Golf club in Norristown PA, where he worked as a ranger, but took on any task that needed to be done. He was passionate about golf and loved being on the golf course. 


Mr. Seeton attended the Central Schwenkfelder Church and was a 50-year member of the Warren Masonic Lodge in Collegeville, PA. He enjoyed time spent with family and friends. He will be remembered as a great husband, father, brother, and friend. He was loved by many.


Surviving are three sons, Todd Seeton and wife Laura Johnston Seeton, and their children, Spencer, Conner and Morgan; Lance Seeton and his wife Jacqueline Ricci Seeton, and their daughters, Jenna and Kristina Seeton; and Troy Seeton and his wife, Lora Jackson Seeton, and their children, Tyler and Carly Seeton. He is also survived by his sister, Gail; and brothers, John (Eva) and Jim (Sally). 


In addition to his wife, Leonard was preceded in death by his brothers, Don (Joan) and Bob.
