Dear Val,Monica, Gary, and Karen
I am so sadden to have heard the passing of your Mom when I was at church on Sunday. I am sorry that I wasn’t able to get to the church today to pay my respects to her, but since hearing about her death, it bought back a lot of great memories of both your mom and Dad and the time they were our neighbors.
When Donna and I moved into our house in 1983, we were greeted immediately by your parents.
From that moment on you could tell that a long friendship was going to be established. They were terrific neighbors, and we had a lot of good memories together. From Harold blowing his horn on New Year’s Eve, and Monnie making her cookies.
But they live good lives and made a lot of friends a long their journey, you should be proud to be blessed to have two parents that loved their children very much, and their grandchildren as well.
I know your loss is hard but your mom is with your dad now and she will always be smiling down on you. God bless, and thank you for letting me have some everlasting memories
