Pasquale “Pat” Filippini, 62, of Collegeville, passed away Thursday, June 3, 2021, at his residence surrounded by his family.
Born January 21, 1959, in Norristown, he was a son of Mary (Ferri) and the late Antonio Filippini.
Pat graduated from Perkiomen Valley High School and studied auto trades at North Montco Technical Career Center. After high school, he worked with his father at Filippini Landscaping before taking over as the proprietor of the company. He always loved his work, was a perfectionist and he loved his customers. Pat always loved spending time with his family, especially family dinners. He had a great heart and would do anything to help anyone. Pat’s outgoing personality made it easy for him to make friends anywhere and make many connections. You could always find Pat sneaking out to enjoy some time at the casino. Pat was a member of St. Eleanor Church and attended Mass regularly.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his siblings, Mary Betz and her husband, Gregory, of Worcester, Agatha Kriebel of Spring Mount, and Anthony Filippini and his wife, Christine Caramenico, of Spring Mount.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing from 10-10:45 AM on Friday, June 11, 2021, at St. Eleanor Church, 647 Locust St, Collegeville, PA 19426, where the funeral mass will begin at 11 AM. Burial will follow at St. Patrick Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to St. Eleanor Catholic Church at the address above.
