James E. Miller, 73, a resident of Towamencin Township, PA since 1985, passed away Tuesday evening, November 5, 2019, on his 73rd birthday. He and his wife, Judith A. (Gaetano) Miller, observed 49 years of marriage on October 31st of this year.
Born November 5, 1946, in Easton, PA, he was the son of the late Edgar and Ruth (Price) Miller. He was a graduate of Blair Academy and received his bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from Boston University.
Jim was employed for over 24 years with Motorola. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed winters spent in Lady Lake, FL. His hobbies included photography and traveling the world.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Kelly L. Rickert and her husband, Glenn, of Sellersville, PA; and a son, Andrew S. Miller of Wilmington, DE. He is also survived by two grandsons, Tyler and Devon Rickert.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service at 11am on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at R. L. Williams, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., 3440 Skippack Pike at Cedars Road, Skippack, PA, where family will receive friends beginning at 10am. Interment will be private at St. John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont, PA.
