Obituary of Alice Lorraine Hollendonner

Alice Lorraine Hollendonner, 92, a resident of Worcester Township, PA for the last ten years, passed away Sunday morning, August 25, 2019, at Meadowood Senior Living. She had formerly lived in Trenton, NJ and Yardley, PA.
Born October 29, 1926, in Trenton, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Myra (Salt) Stephan. She was a graduate of Trenton High School and New Jersey State Teachers College (now The College of New Jersey). Mrs. Hollendonner was a member of Morrisville Presbyterian Church.
While she had been a teacher and realtor, Alice considered her most important roles to be Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother. She was extremely passionate with everything she did, from reading, cooking, listening to opera, watching tennis to caring for her cats and tending to the birds.
Surviving are two daughters, Amy Smith and her husband, Jeffrey, of Mount Laurel, NJ, and Nancy Turner and her husband, David, of Worcester, PA; and four grandchildren, Joe Ciampa and his wife, Katy, and Beth, Dave and Matt Turner. She is also survived by three great- grandchildren, Bobbi, Jordyn and Justin Ciampa.
Friends are invited to attend her viewing from 6-8 pm on Thursday, September 5, 2019, at R. L. Williams, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., 3440 Skippack Pike at Cedars Road, Skippack, PA. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, September 6, 2019, at Norriton Presbyterian Church, 608 N. Trooper Road, Norristown, PA; it will be preceded by a calling hour at the church from 9-10 am. The burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Hamilton, NJ immediately following the service.
