Stella Josephine Faust-Folk, 82, of Harleysville, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2019, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest. She was the wife of the late Jack Folk.
Born October 20, 1936, in Allentown she was the daughter of the late Stella Marie Faust and was a graduate of Allentown High School.
She was a long-time member of Church of The Holy Spirit in Harleysville, where she was their Clerk of the Vestry. She was involved in their Education for Ministry program and a supporter of the music program. She retired from Macy's after 28 years as an Executive Secretary which gave her the freedom to travel internationally, volunteer in the community, learn Tai Chi, drumming, and rekindle her love for playing the piano.
She is survived by her children, Jeffrey Herman and his wife, Jane, of Whitehall, Jon Herman of Emmaus; her granddaughters Heather, Jennifer, and Melissa; and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her brother Thomas Faust.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service at 11 AM on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at the Church of The Holy Spirit 2871 Barndt Rd. Harleysville, PA 19438, where friends may greet the family from 10-10:45 AM. Interment will follow in the adjoining church cemetery.
